INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the VOLO Business-to-Business (B2B) platform, including all transactions, communications, and interactions conducted through the website or associated channels. By accessing or transacting on the VOLO platform, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
The VOLO platform is intended exclusively for business entities, including dealers, distributors, contractors, institutional buyers, and trade professionals. Users represent that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. VOLO reserves the right to verify business credentials and restrict access where required.
COMMERCIAL NATURE OF TRANSACTIONS
All transactions conducted on the VOLO platform are commercial in nature. Products are supplied for resale, project use, institutional application, or professional installation. The platform does not cater to personal or household consumer purchases.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change based on manufacturing updates, inventory levels, or operational considerations. VOLO makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all listed products.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, modes, and timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment or as per agreed commercial terms.
ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed through VOLO’s internal fulfilment workflow, which includes allocation, packing, and dispatch scheduling. Order timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or logistical factors.
DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS
Delivery timelines provided are estimates based on logistics partner schedules. VOLO coordinates shipments through third-party logistics providers and facilitates dispatch in good faith. Risk associated with transit is managed in accordance with standard trade practices.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Buyers are advised to inspect shipments upon receipt. Acceptance of goods is deemed unless any observation is communicated within a reasonable timeframe to enable evaluation and support.
REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY
Replacement support and warranty coverage are governed by VOLO’s Replacement Support Policy and Warranty Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Users are advised to review these policies carefully.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the VOLO platform, including logos, product images, descriptions, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of VOLO or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VOLO’s liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product supplied under the specific transaction. VOLO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business interruption or project delays.
FORCE MAJEURE
VOLO shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
VOLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in cases of policy violation, misuse, or inaccurate information, without prior notice.
POLICY UPDATES
VOLO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the VOLO platform or transactions conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
